The First Ask Endorse Kate Gallup in Michigan for 2026 Election
Washington, DC – National women’s PAC The First Ask has endorsed a candidate in Michigan as part of its latest round of endorsements for the 2026 election.
The endorsed candidate is:
Kate Gallup, Michigan SD-37
Gallup will appear on the ballot this November and is running to represent Senate District 37 in Michigan.
With this announcement, The First Ask has now endorsed 39 candidates in the 2026 cycle, reflecting significant growth and continued success from previous years.
Caroline Welles, Executive Director of The First Ask, issued the following statement
“Republicans hold the Michigan House by just three seats, and with every seat in the Legislature on the ballot this fall, the lawmakers elected in November will decide the future of health care access, utility costs, and voting rights in the state.”
